As a Full‑Time I.T. Specialist, you will:
- Trouble‑shoot issues related to Sophos, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, ensuring Mobile Device Management systems operate seamlessly.
- Provide assistance to in‑office employees and multiple remote users, enhancing our infrastructure while performing maintenance and support related to Active Directory for user access and permissions.
- Conduct Script Configuration to automate processes, improving efficiency across departments.
- Follow a Monday‑to‑Friday routine focusing on normal business hours, allowing a structured work‑life balance.
To be successful you will possess:
- Strong problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, particularly with Sophos, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager.
- A proactive attitude towards innovation, often devising creative solutions for Mobile Device Management challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
- Familiarity with Active Directory to manage user accounts effectively.
- A detail‑oriented mindset for conducting Script Configuration to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adaptability and openness to learning new technologies.
