We are looking for a Senior Web Content Management Developer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
What is this position about?The Sr. Web Content Management (WCM) Developer is responsible for delivering front-end development solutions across digital channels, including websites, microsites, webpages, and web and mobile application content. This role focuses on building technically sound, scalable, and well-integrated solutions using modern front-end technologies and enterprise Content Management Systems, while supporting marketing and digital experience initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and deploy front-end solutions for websites, microsites, webpages, and web/mobile application content.
Build high-quality, scalable implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and enterprise Content Management Systems.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with business needs.
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve production issues across Marketing and Digital Experience platforms.
Document solutions to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Deliver solutions across on-premise and cloud-based SaaS platforms while meeting project timelines.
Mentor and support Developers and Analysts within the team.
Recommend optimizations, automations, and improvements across web content and marketing technology workflows.
Advanced experience in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Open Text Team Site.
Experience with jQuery, Chrome Developer Tools, and code repositories.
Solid understanding of web and mobile development best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex front-end and rendering issues across browsers and devices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and mentor team members.
Experience collaborating with Marketing, Digital Experience, and Technology teams.
You will need an advanced level of English for clear and effective communication with the team.
At least 4 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, JS and procedures within enterprise Content Management Systems such as Open Text Team Site and Adobe Experience Manager.
