Workday Business Analyst; HCM​/FIN​/SCM; Healthcare

FIDES is seeking Workday Business Analysts across the HCM, FIN, and SCM domains to support ongoing Workday design, configuration, testing, and optimization efforts for our healthcare clients. The Business Analyst will serve as a functional subject matter expert within their respective module areas—assisting with configuration workbooks, data mapping, customer confirmation sessions, testing, cutover, and hyper-care. This role requires strong consulting skills and prior experience supporting Workday implementations, ideally in a healthcare provider environment.

This role is up to 40% onsite.

• Participate in design workshops to determine optimal configuration for Workday HCM, FIN, or SCM.
• Assist with completing configuration workbooks across assigned Workday modules.
• Support data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and transaction catch-up activities.
• Assist with report rationalization, report design, and testing (including drafting reports where needed).
• Collaborate with integration teams on domain-specific integration requirements and testing.
• Develop user stories and test cases for assigned Workday functionality.
• Support unit testing, integrated testing, break/fix, and data staging activities.
• Prepare and deliver customer confirmation sessions.
• Support cutover planning, readiness, and deployment activities.
• Provide post–go-live hyper-care support.

• Experience supporting at least two Workday implementations as a functional analyst in HCM, FIN, or SCM.
• Preferably at least one healthcare provider implementation

• Ability to support 2–4
  HCM, FIN, or SCM
  modules within Workday.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong consulting skills including decision support, RAID log tracking, and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to travel up to 40% onsite and work EST.
• Two confirmed professional references required.
• Workday certification is a plus.
