OverviewEvery Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an IT Project Lead, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full‑scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop risk‑based mitigation strategies for networks, operating systems and applications.
- Compile and track vulnerabilities and mitigation results to quantify program effectiveness.
- Create and maintain vulnerability management policies, procedures and training.
- Operate the vulnerability scanning tool set, including Nexpose and Tenable.
- Improve business‑wide knowledge and understanding of emerging threats.
- Review and analyze vulnerability data to identify trends and patterns.
- Advise teams responsible for remediation on the best reduction and remediation practices.
- Engage with infrastructure and security partners as required to assist application teams with remediation guidance and contacts to complete their work.
- Perform work with minimal direction, being highly skilled and knowledgeable and sharing best practices within the work group.
- Project Management, Resource Planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, and Procurement Management.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
