Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring a Developer Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026! A Developer Intern is responsible for the creation and support of business applications, reporting and analytics to drive efficient operational excellence within the manufacturing and office environments.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Winsted, MN.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

Shift

Schedule:

1st shift Monday - Friday Business Hours

Shift Differential: 1st shift - N/A

As a Developer Intern, you will:

* Support management of applications, reports and analytics

* Write SQL queries and create effective and user-friendly reports

* Create and maintain business analytics views and dashboard to support strategic planning and decisions

* Provide business functionality support to users for all applications, reports and analytics

* Design workflows for automation of manual business processes

* Support code management within systems implemented at Millerbernd Manufacturing

* Interact with co-workers and exhibit the behaviors embedded in Millerbernd Manufacturing Core Values

* Perform peer reviews of team code and programming deliverables

* Implement customizations of ERP system UI and Automations

Internship Project - Sales Workflow Automations:

* Internship Project - Sales Workflow Automations

* Develop automation of repetitive tasks based on manual interaction of system UI

* Develop automated data workflows within our ERP environment utilizing SQL and C#

* Develop exception checks for misaligned data from automations and manual interaction

Role Qualifications as a Developer Intern:

* Pursuing degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, or Mathematics

* Knowledge of .Net, C#, and SQL Languages

* Preferred candidates will have experience in JSON and Java script

* MS SQL query and report creation

* Basic understanding of ERP functionality

* Solid critical thinking and analytical thinking

* Creative problem-solving

* Excellent active listening

* Self-motivated

* Manages time well/able to work on multiple priorities simultaneously

* Work equally well independently and within a team setting

* Solid communication skills - written and verbal
