  • Hourly: $23.00-$27.00
  • Working hours:

    Working hours are M-F 8-6 pm, with 3 available 8-hour shifts.
  • On Call Weekends:
    Rotating on-call weekends, with overtime pay for on-call weekends

Technical Support Responsibilities
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple tickets at one time.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Setting up Golf Simulators and software for partners
  • Testing returned Golf Simulators and determining next steps
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT staff.
Technical Support Requirements
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
Education and Experience
  • Basic proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong organizational abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
  • 0-4 years’ experience in technical support, help desk role, or related educational background
