- Support Technician Level 1
- Hourly: $23.00-$27.00
- Working hours:
Working hours are M-F 8-6 pm, with 3 available 8-hour shifts. - On Call Weekends:
Rotating on-call weekends, with overtime pay for on-call weekends - ICHRA
- 18 days PTO
- Paid Holidays

- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple tickets at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Setting up Golf Simulators and software for partners
- Testing returned Golf Simulators and determining next steps
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT staff.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly
- 0-4 years’ experience in technical support, help desk role, or related educational background
