• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
• Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
• 5 years of experience leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Finance, or Statistics
• Experience with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
