Overview

Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior Project Manager - Digital Technology, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Cross-Team Delivery Alignment
  • Develop and maintain an integrated, enterprise?wide project plan that aligns multiple agile product teams and traditional IT delivery teams toward shared milestones
  • Coordinate sequencing and handoffs across data, architecture, integrations, governance, infrastructure, and other dependent systems and applications
  • Facilitate structured alignment sessions to ensure clarity on roles, decisions, and expectations across diverse teams
Dependency and Risk Management
  • Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring impacts to sequencing or feasibility are surfaced early and addressed proactively
  • Maintain a comprehensive RAID log and drive timely issue resolution
  • Lead the decision?management cadence, ensuring decisions are documented, communicated, and acted upon
Agile Team Integration and Readiness
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to understand product roadmaps, backlog sequencing, and upcoming value milestones
  • Work with Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Scrum Masters to incorporate feasibility, readiness, and capacity signals into the project plan
  • Ensure sprint or iteration-level changes are translated into integrated plans, and impacts are clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate cross-functional representation in workshops, refinement sessions, discovery sessions, and other cross-team planning activities
Coordination Across Traditional IT Teams
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and data governance teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with program timelines
  • Align readiness, availability, data migration, and cutover plans across legacy and modern applications
  • Ensure that traditional IT processes (change control, release management, environment management) are incorporated into integrated project plans
Communication and Status Reporting
  • Deliver concise, executive?level status reports focused on milestones, risks, decisions, and cross?team impacts
  • Facilitate transparent communication among product, IT, business, and leadership stakeholders
  • Provide clear summaries of plan changes, scenario options, and dependency-driven adjustments
Meeting and Operating Discipline
  • Lead cross?team meetings, workshops, and planning sessions with clear agendas, outcomes, notes, and follow?ups
  • Ensure cross-team workshops and stakeholder meetings include appropriate representation and clearly defined goals
  • Create operating rhythms that reduce churn, reinforce clarity, and ensure predictable delivery across work streams
Qualifications Agile-Specific Competencies
  • Proven experience coordinating large initiatives across multiple agile product teams, each with its own Product Owner, Scrum Master, and delivery team
  • Ability to translate agile?team information (sprint goals, backlog sequencing, capacity signals, velocity shifts) into enterprise?level impact assessments
  • Demonstrated understanding of how product teams operate - backlogs, refinement, roadmap alignment, sprint planning, sprint reviews - and how these activities interact and impact multi-team initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where product teams move quickly and require orchestration to deliver shared outcomes
  • Ability to identify early indicators of cross-team misalignment (priority shifts, sequencing changes, architectural constraints) and drive corrective action
