ASAP Duration: 5 months, possibility to extend Activities
Description:
IT support on-site, configuration, or installation of computers, printers, and peripherals. “Smart Hands” support to network infrastructure, along with remote network administrators. Ticket management in the Service Now system. End-user or network hardware replacement, as per defined life cycle. IT asset management (end-user or network hardware in the storage room). Hardware disposal as per established procedures. Attention to final users (including VIPs).
