Position Description

• Gather product information and specifications from Alibaba and convert them into a standard template to be shared with clients for data input.
• Conduct keyword research based on Alibaba’s quality index and internal tools to identify relevant search terms for each product.
• Use the completed files provided by clients to upload comprehensive product listings onto the Alibaba platform.
• Enhance product listings by updating titles, keywords, product descriptions, adding international certifications, adjusting pricing, and addressing missing quality indicators as required by Alibaba’s standards.
• Meet online meeting with the service team to handle client-related requests, particularly regarding product listings and other support needs.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.

• Proficient in English is a must.
• Time management and multitask.
• Enthusiastic, honest, and responsible.
• Priority experience in the same position.
• Ability to work independently and withstand high work pressure.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint especially Excel skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients. Working time:
Monday – Friday; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Working location: HCM office:
Sala Urban Center, No. 21-23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
