Required:

10+ years experience with HIPAA, X12, FHIR, HL7 healthcare data formats
3+ years of experience using FHIR resources
3+ Experience with General Dynamics provider system data model
2+ years of experience with Azure API for FHIR
Experience with HAPI and open source for integration with FHIR Server
Previous experience in a Data related role
Proven experience in database architecture, engineering and design
Experience leading / mentoring small technical teams (2 to 4 developers)
Experience with Agile processes (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git Hub…) Data Platforms and RDBMS, No

SQL, NewSQL and Streaming technology experience
Experience Data Modelling and Data Visualization Tools and Technologies
Experience using cloud database technologies (AWS, GCP, Preferably Azure)
Healthcare industry knowledge and experience with exposure to EDI, HIPAA, HL7 and FHIR integration standards
Experience in developing software for healthcare applications
Experience using clinical data from electronic health records or provider records etc
