Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide operational support and perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) services across office locations, reservation centers, and airport environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for IT infrastructure across office, reservation center, and airport locations.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities for end-user devices and IT equipment.
- Deliver on-site customer support during scheduled field visits and dispatched service requests.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Produce accurate and timely service reports and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Document processes, procedures, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collect and analyze system performance data to provide technical assistance and recommendations.
- Manage workload efficiently while meeting established schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop workarounds and technical solutions for complex issues when standard procedures are insufficient.
- Troubleshoot software installation, configuration, and setup issues for customers and field technicians.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication and support.
- Follow safety procedures while working in various environments, including the ability to safely use a ladder.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing IT field support in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, peripherals, and end-user support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in office and airport environments.
- Ability to lift equipment and safely use a ladder when required.
