Location: Eden
Wunderlich-Malec Engineering in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for 2nd shift/evenings to provide top-tier user support, device management, and rollout participation. You will handle remote and desk-side support for office and field users across multiple sites.
The role requires 3–5 years IT experience, familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and iOS, plus strong diagnostic skills and communication. Travel to LSC locations and after-hours coverage are expected.
