Location: MN-Oak Park Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ quality applications that currently have no owners or dedicated support
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and build documentation from scratch
- Work directly with end users across quality to understand needs and support
- Create structure and processes where none currently exists
Qualifications
- MIS or Computer Science background with tech support internship or early-career experience
- Strong troubleshooting instincts, ability to dig into unfamiliar applications and figure things out independently
- Sharp, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Self-starter, take initiative without a defined roadmap
- Natural communicator who can work across technical and non-technical users
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
