Wunderlich-Malec Engineering is seeking a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for weekend shifts in Eden Prairie, MN. Two 12-hour shifts:
Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
This role provides phone, email, remote desktop control, and desk-side support for office and field users across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT support experience, proficiency with Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication
