JOB SUMMARY:

Provide technology support to end-users and serve as a technology resource in a customer-oriented environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and Install Equipment
• Customer Service and Support
• Maintenance and System Support

WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

Education/Certification Requirement:

• 2 years of post-secondary education in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
• Computer certification preferred
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred
