North Branch Area High School's Technology Department is seeking a part-time Technology Help Desk Secretary for a 12-month schedule, 7:30 am to 11:30 am, Monday through Friday. The role provides Tier 1 support, basic device configuration, and administrative tasks to support a student-centered learning community.
Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will handle phone and remote support, process purchase orders, manage inventory, and assist with staff training and E-rate reporting.
