Digital & IT Leadership Development Program Associate - Infrastructure & Information Security

This track is designed for individuals who are passionate about cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and operational excellence and want to grow into future technology leaders responsible for securing and enabling the business.

The Polaris Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates interested in technology, business, and leadership. Through four six-month rotations, associates gain hands-on experience supporting the infrastructure, security, compliance, and technology services that keep Polaris connected, secure, and operating effectively.

The Infrastructure & Information Security Track provides exposure to the technologies and controls that keep Polaris connected, secure, and operating effectively. Associates partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and compliance professionals to support enterprise technology platforms, strengthen security posture, and help address evolving business and technology risks.

This track is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Throughout the program, associates build technical, business, and leadership skills while gaining broad exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and enterprise technology operations.

As an Infrastructure & Information Security ITDP, you may gain experience in:

• Cybersecurity & Identity Management
  - Help protect enterprise systems through identity and access management, privileged access controls, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security governance activities.
• Infrastructure & Network Services
  - Support the enterprise infrastructure, networks, and technology services that enable employees, manufacturing facilities, and business operations across Polaris.
• Technology Compliance & Risk Management
  - Partner with teams responsible for cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, IT controls, audits, and risk management initiatives, including standards such as SOX, CMMC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Enterprise Platforms & Service Management
  - Support and enhance enterprise technology platforms while improving asset management, service delivery, operational processes, and technology visibility.
• IT Operations & Continuous Improvement
  - Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, operational excellence, system reliability, and delivering a positive technology experience for employees.
• Infrastructure Project & Technology Leadership
  - Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute technology initiatives that support enterprise objectives and drive business value.

Program Length: 2 Years

Rotation Length: 6 Months (4 Rotations)

Placement Locations May Include:
Many ITDPs are based out of our corporate headquarters in Medina, MN, but opportunities may also exist in Plymouth, MN;
Wyoming, MN;
Roseau, MN;
Huntsville, AL;
Wilmington, OH; and Vermillion, SD

Upon completion of the program, you will transition into a full-time D&IT
-related position within the business, contingent on business needs and the skills and experience you demonstrate during the program.

• Early Talent Summit Week : you participate in our 3-day event in our Wyoming, MN office. This immersive experience brings together all US interns and DPs for professional development, structured networking, a DP graduation event, inspiring executive speakers, and a thrilling team ride on some of your favorite Polaris vehicles.
