Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Database Administrator to support our 24/7 hospitality and gaming operations. You will manage, secure, and optimize SQL databases powering casino systems, hotel, food & beverage, and guest services. Responsibilities include performance tuning, backups, recovery, and user access control in a regulated environment. You'll collaborate with IT, applications, and analytics teams to ensure reliable data for reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and tune SQL databases supporting casino and resort operations
- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure database security, access controls, and compliance with gaming and data regulations
- Troubleshoot database performance and availability issues in a 24/7 environment
- Collaborate with application, IT, and reporting teams on database changes and deployments
- Develop and maintain database documentation, standards, and procedures
- Support reporting, BI, and analytics needs with reliable data structures
- Plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and migrations
