12 month contract Local to MN Non-Negotiables:

Position Overview:

The Senior Product Analyst will support the expansion of NMDP's new Match Source capability across the broader transplant-center market. NMDP is currently piloting the new capability with approximately eight transplant centers and needs to determine how and when to scale it to the broader population of approximately 150+ transplant centers. The analyst will evaluate current transplant-center behaviors, understand how significantly the new capability changes their existing donor-selection process, identify which centers are ready for adoption, and help develop the strategy for scaling the product in 2027.

The role will work closely with Product Management and Sales and will also support the continued development of the next version of the Match Source capability. The biggest differentiator from the other Product Analyst role (Decision Support) is urgency: this person has a very specific near-term deliverable around customer behavior, readiness, adoption, and scaling strategy.
