7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing-About the Role Our client, a global leader in the food, agriculture, and supply chain industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support security assessment and remediation initiatives across newly acquired business  this role, you will partner with security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams to help evaluate current environments, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation efforts that align with enterprise security standards.

Job Description The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating assessment and remediation activities across multiple business sites and work streams. This position plays a key role in ensuring project activities stay on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and critical actions are completed within established timelines.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across acquired business locations.

Partner with security, technology, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to support project execution.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, remediation logs, and status reports.

Track project findings, risks, dependencies, decisions, and remediation efforts through completion.

Establish clear ownership and target dates for action items and provide ongoing follow-up to drive accountability.

Coordinate discovery activities to assess current-state security and compliance requirements.

Identify missing information, unresolved questions, project gaps, and dependencies that may impact progress.

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

Document decisions, action items, owners, and next steps while ensuring timely follow-through.

Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to translate remediation requirements into actionable project tasks.

Monitor progress across multiple sites and proactively escalate risks, blockers, overdue actions, and critical decisions.

Prepare concise project updates highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and key decisions.

Support the development of standardized processes, documentation, and best practices for assessment and remediation activities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and project activities simultaneously.

Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules, or similar project management documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to facilitate meetings and clearly document decisions, action items, owners, and next steps.

Experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure, technology, risk, compliance, or remediation programs.

Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, business integrations, or acquired business environments.

Familiarity with security assessments, compliance frameworks, risk remediation activities, or technology discovery efforts.

Experience coordinating work across multiple teams within large, complex organizations.
