    We offer a robust starting base salary, ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, based on your expertise.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Minnesota Property & Casualty License.
  • A clean background check and valid driver's license.
  • Expertise in industry and agency operations, commercial account management, commercial underwriting & rating procedures, insurance coverages, and regulatory requirements to effectively acquire new business and maintain an existing client base.
  • A customer-focused and people-oriented approach, adept at building new client relationships and providing exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of completing challenging assignments independently, developing training guides, exercising sound business judgment, critical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities, thriving in both team and individual settings.
  • Proficiency in technology and computers, including prior experience with agency management systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal client satisfaction by effectively servicing a book of insurance across multiple areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-ups, timely quotations, and overall account support.
  • Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to achieve personal service targets, documenting sales activities professionally and promptly.
  • Process and document new and remarketed accounts in collaboration with companies.
  • Identify and capitalize on insurance account rounding opportunities with existing and potential clients, utilizing in-person, online, phone, and written communication methods.
  • Communicate with clients as the primary person for initial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and answering questions, participating in formal and informal meetings to enhance team synergy.
  • Continuously collaborate to streamline and improve daily processes as needed.
  • Possess complete knowledge of Acord forms, common submission practices, and underwriting procedures.
  • Support clients during the renewal and retention process, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Review client audits, verify and address corrections when necessary, and maintain accounts receivable and billing records.
  • Assist clients with claims processing and assessment of claim activity.
  • Work closely with the owner and other team members to achieve our collective goals.
