Job Summary

Personal Lines Account Manager – Foley branch, part of Princeton Insurance Agency, now a One Digital family member. The role manages the day‑to‑day operations of a book of Property/Casualty business, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Quote new business as directed by producers and collect necessary client data.
  • Build relationships with clients and answer basic insurance questions.
  • Maintain ongoing business contact with clients.
  • Issue evidence of insurance when needed.
  • Process billing for new and renewal policies.
  • Process change requests from clients, setting an activity for receipt of the endorsement from the insurer.
  • Process endorsements, checking for accuracy.
  • Update the Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term.
  • Generate  and certificates of insurance as necessary.
  • Complete preliminary policy review once issued.
  • Follow up on open activities.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of insurance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems; experience with Applied/Epic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to accuracy and detail, and the ability to manage client needs and multi‑task.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay range: $26 to $30 per hour, dependent on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
