What You’ll Be Responsible For:
In this role, you won’t just be observing—you’ll be actively learning how the business works in real time and building the foundation for your future career in insurance.
- Participating in hands‑on training across core agency operations, including sales, service, and retention workflows
- Supporting licensed team members with day‑to‑day client interactions, quotes, policy updates, and documentation
- Learning how to evaluate client needs and understand coverage options across auto, home, renters, and related personal lines
- Developing communication skills through guided client conversations (phone, email, and in‑person)
- Observing and assisting with underwriting requirements, carrier guidelines, and policy servicing procedures
- Building accuracy and attention to detail through data entry, policy reviews, and account updates
- Gaining exposure to how relationships are built, maintained, and grown within an insurance agency
- Progressing through structured milestones tied to licensing readiness and long‑term career advancement
