Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., a leading global insurer, is seeking an RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I to support our agricultural customers. In this field-based role, you will investigate and adjust crop insurance claims across an assigned territory, performing on-site inspections, gathering yield and acreage data, and applying federal crop insurance and RCIS guidelines. You will analyze coverage, prepare accurate claim files, and communicate findings to policyholders and agents.

Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate crop insurance claims from reporting through resolution
- Conduct on-site field inspections of damaged crops to verify losses
- Review policy terms, coverage, and documentation for claim eligibility
- Collect, analyze, and document yield, acreage, and weather data
- Prepare clear, accurate claim files, estimates, and reports in compliance with RCIS/Zurich guidelines
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and stakeholders to gather information and explain claim decisions
- Collaborate with underwriting and other internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Adhere to federal crop insurance program rules and industry regulations
- Use mobile/adjusting software and mapping tools for data capture and reporting
- Support continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and Zurich's ethical and safety standards
