Harmony Insurance Group is a growing independent insurance agency dedicated to helping businesses and families protect what matters most. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career in commercial insurance.

Whether you have insurance experience or come from another customer service or business background, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

• Provide exceptional service to commercial insurance clients.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests.
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing, and claims support.
• Work closely with insurance carriers and agency team members.
• Prepare renewal comparisons, proposals, and client documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
• Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Customer service or insurance experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and desire to learn.
