Eternity Law International is looking for a Finnish attorney specializing in Civil Law for part-time, remote cooperation.
The selected attorney will handle civil law cases, including corporate, contractual, and family law matters, and cooperate on cross-border projects where Finnish legal expertise is required.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
- Draft and review contracts and procedural documents
- Prepare claims, motions, and legal opinions
- Assess legal risks and develop case strategies
- Coordinate with international legal teams when required
- Licensed attorney in Finland (active Bar membership required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil law
- Strong litigation and dispute resolution background
- Solid knowledge of Finnish corporate, contractual, and/or family law
- Ability to work independently and manage cases efficiently
- Professional integrity and confidentiality
- English proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher)
- Case-based and long-term collaboration
- Payment on an hourly or case-by-case basis
- Participation in international legal projects
