We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sourcing, inventory management, and supplier performance to keep our production lines running efficiently. • Contribute to sourcing strategies and assist in contract negotiations within your area of expertise.
• Ensure site needs are represented during commodity negotiations led by Strategic Buyers.
• Develop rules and tools to optimize inventory rotation and delivery policies.
• Place purchase orders aligned with negotiated contracts and delivery policies.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries to meet production schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor supply chain logistics and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
• Track supplier performance and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Serve as the logistics liaison between Strategic Buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
• Manage administrative order processing, ensuring compliance with specifications and documentation.
• Maintain accurate data and generate reports as required.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, kanban, inventory management.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field OR relevant experience in planning activities.
• Background in Production Management or Logistics (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Negotiation skills are a plus!

Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000

Eligibility to participate in the company incentive bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the incentive bonus plan document.
