Manager – Incorporated Materials Execution

Responsibilities

• Leads end‑to‑end procurement delivery for assigned material categories, from project award through final project site delivery.
• Accountable for team performance, delivery outcomes, and alignment of schedule critical procurement activities.
• Manage a team of buyers, ensuring effective execution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Use strong schedule and critical path awareness to align procurement actions with construction sequencing and proactively mitigate delivery risk across a portfolio of concurrent EPC projects.
• Serve as the primary execution interface with suppliers, overseeing PO execution, monitoring SLA performance, and serving as the primary escalation point for delivery, commercial, or quality issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 5 or more years of progressive experience in construction project delivery, procurement, or project engineering roles within utility‑scale energy, heavy civil, or industrial construction required in addition to 2 to 3 years of leadership experience.
• Direct experience managing long‑lead material procurement on EPC projects strongly preferred.
• Travel estimated at 15–25% (project sites, supplier facilities, Avon/Blattner campus).
