Parts Associate Grand Rapids, MN | $20 - $23/hour
Express Employment is hiring a Parts Specialist for a well-established company in the Grand Rapids area tojoin their team. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, hands-on work, and a supportive environment.
Bring your mechanical know-how, computer skills, and customer service mindset to a role where you can put them all to use!
Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday with some Saturdays
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts and accessory orders
- Look up parts using an electronic catalog system
- Support internal departments by sourcing correct parts for service work
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Keep the parts area clean and orderly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical interest or product knowledge preferred
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
