Maintenance Technician

Location: Benson
Summary

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the performance of all technical and daily mechanical duties assigned to the maintenance department.

Schedule

* Fulltime - 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite

* Shifts - 6:00AM to 2:30PM and 7:00AM to 3:30PM (rotating schedule)

* On-call rotation for Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Pay and Benefits

* Starting pay begins at $18.51 per hour and increases with experience

* Pay range: $18.51- $26.80 per hour

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Special Engineers License issued by the State of Minnesota within 90 Days

* Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital or industrial maintenance position required.

* Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Maintain confidentiality when dealing with all internal and external customers.

* Perform duties in a manner consistent with safety principles and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards associated with the position and organization.

* Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
