Job Description

Veero Ford & CDJR is seeking an Experienced Master Mopar Certified Technician to join our high-performing service team. This role is ideal for a master-level Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram technician skilled in advanced diagnostics, drivability issues, electrical systems, engine repair, and full-line Mopar systems.

You’ll step into a clean, modern shop equipped with the newest factory tools and diagnostic technology, backed by a leadership team that actually invests in technician success.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair CDJR vehicles with accuracy and efficiency

  • Perform advanced powertrain, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic work

  • Complete warranty repairs according to Mopar and manufacturer standards

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and team members

  • Maintain training, certifications, and factory-required skill updates

  • Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repair work

  • Follow dealership processes and maintain a clean, organized work area

  • Mentor developing technicians when needed

Qualifications
  • Master Mopar Certification required

  • 5+ years CDJR technician experience preferred

  • Strong diagnostic ability across powertrain, electrical, and drivability systems

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Solid communication, documentation, and time-management skills

  • Positive attitude, accountable, and team-oriented
