Granite Works Apartments is currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to become part of our great team! The hours for the position are 15-20 per week, and available on weekend as needed. Overtime as needed.
CaretakerResponsibilities and Duties:
- Cleaning vacant apartments
- Cleaning common areas
- Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.
- Delivering notices
- Lawn care and snow removal when needed (as a team)
- Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience Required
- Candidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Time management a must
- Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow direction as needed
- Reliable transportation
Starting at $20 - 22 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits:Earned Paid
Sick & Safe Time (1-hour earned for every 30 hours worked)
