Part‑Time Porter - Millpond Apartments at Hayes Gibson Property Services

Base pay: $17.50/hr.

The Porter maintains hallways, clubhouse, common areas, and completes cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and guest suites. The role supports satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention. This is a part‑time position with flexible hours: 4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday (primarily daytime).

• Engage and inspire the community through initiatives such as yard maintenance, cleaning, and resident interaction.
• Strategize and implement cleaning and support procedures that ensure high standards and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property staff to enhance the overall living environment.
• Monitor and report on maintenance tasks and resident feedback.

• Passion for community building and resident service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational excellence and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role is highly desirable.
