Maintenance Assistant

Sterling Park Assisted Living is looking to welcome a Maintenance Assistant/Bus Driver to our property management team. If you are looking for a hands‑on, active role where you can make a direct impact on the residents we serve, this opportunity may be for you! This role does light apartment maintenance and must have or be able to obtain a DOT license to drive our passenger bus for activity trips.

This role works with our Maintenance Director and other Maintenance Assistance on a daily basis.

• Full Time Monday through Friday. Up to $20.00/hour starting depending on experience.

The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects. Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies. Demonstrates high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.
