Ice Arena Custodian (Seasonal, Part-Time)

Location: Osseo Area Schools – ISD 279

Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (October 1, 2025 – March 25, 2026)

Bargaining Unit: Custodial

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour

Work Schedule: Primarily evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; hours may vary based on operational needs

Perform custodial, maintenance, and ice care duties at the ice arena to ensure a clean, safe, and operational facility for all users.

• Operate Zamboni to prepare and maintain ice surfaces
• Clean restrooms, lobby, bleachers, and promptly address spills
• Maintain exterior grounds, including shoveling snow and removing trash or debris
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ability to safely operate a Zamboni (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
