CBS Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Janitorial Cleaner to maintain railroad yard facilities in Ranier & International Falls, Minnesota

  6 days per week

  Approximately 6.5 hours per day
• Employment:
  Full-Time
• Facilities: 3 railroad yard buildings
• Schedule Flexibility:
  Create your own daily schedule, while ensuring all assigned work is completed each day.

• Clean and maintain three railroad yard buildings
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned facilities
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Follow all railroad facility safety requirements
• Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled workday
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply concerns to the supervisor

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Able to work 6 days per week
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday

• $17.00-$17.50/hour
• Full-time hours
