Job DetailsOur client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, driving preventive maintenance initiatives, and ensuring equipment reliability to support efficient plant operations.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee CMMS activities, maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting efforts, and inventory management while working closely with production and project teams. This position also plays a key role in maintaining PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the maintenance team
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment support
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure facility, electrical, and HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently
- Coordinate equipment upgrades, repairs, and capital projects
- Promote a strong safety culture and train employees on maintenance best practices
- Previous maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, automation, and CMMS systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience managing projects, budgets, and maintenance personnel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
