Join our team as an Operations Workflow Manager and spearhead the transformation of maintenance operations. • Elevate Planning and Organization
  :
  Developing and implementing workflow strategies to streamline maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate and optimize maintenance scheduling and outside vendors to ensure timely responses to service requests and preventative maintenance tasks. With this, you will utilize your knowledge and problem-solving skills to allocate internal and external resources to meet company needs and consumer expectations.
• Elevate Performance
  :
  Directing the workflow for maintenance technicians and provide guidance, support, etc. to ensure quality services. In addition, monitor key performance indicators such as response times and completion rates to evaluate the performance and identify improvement areas while consistently leading improvement initiatives.
• Elevate General Operations
  :
  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment and mitigate risks while communicating with the appropriate parties when safety concerns arise.

This is a great opportunity for candidates at the associate level with excellent communication and organization skills with a genuine interest in ensuring operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an operations-focused role.
• A strong desire to learn and understand the details of Elevate Living’s operations.
• Ability to collaborate with parties at all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability in learning and administering new technology platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once, sometimes with ambiguous scopes and deadlines.
• Ability to be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to set expectations and drive accountability from vendors and external parties.
• Self-starter who thrives while working on multiple projects at a time, sometimes with ambiguous scopes and deadlines.
• A strong desire to learn and understand the details of Elevate Living’s operations to deliver relevant and actionable analysis.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees. Please note this role does not have people management responsibilities.
