Senior Brand & Category Manager, RTD

Anora is driving growth for brands such as Koskenkorva vodka, Skagerrak gin, Linie Aquavit and many others. This role focuses on implementation and execution of the RTD category
, brands, innovation and retail channel development in the Finnish market with the extension to other Anora countries in the Nordics and Baltics.

This is a key role in driving the future growth of Anora. The person is the glue between the markets with sales, all brand team members, business controlling and product development in order to deliver the portfolio in an exciting category across our business.

• Co-building and development of the retail channel category, brand / marketing and social media strategy and implementation of those strategies in close collaboration with the brand team and commercial teams.
• Development and execution of the RTD and Non-Alc Category in the Nordic and Baltic markets
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating trends and competitors' activities to identify category opportunities, and adjusting tactics according to the information.
• Collaboration across the markets and innovation team in identifying and delivering the portfolio.

This role is a driver of the category and understands the channels we operate in. There are several projects and initiatives going on from planning to managing produce and label info that needs to stay up to date, so excellent project and self-management skills are needed.

Your commercial background and proven experience in portfolio and category management within retail channel in Finland and preferably in the Nordic markets puts you in the frontline. You are experienced in retail marketing and understanding the 360 marketing, including social media strategies and influencing via social media. The FMCG business is familiar to you, ideally you have worked with image-driven premium products.

You are fluent in English and Finnish, other (Nordic) languages a plus. An analytical mind with a strong collaboration skills and passion for brands makes you successful in the role.
