Schedule: Full-Time | Leadership Schedule Including On-Call, Scheduled Weekends, and Limited Holiday Responsibilities

• Active Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license.
• Multi‑site leadership experience within Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long‑Term Care, or senior housing.
• Proven success improving occupancy, compliance, team performance, and operational results.
• Strong understanding of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and survey processes.
• Experience developing leaders and building high‑performing teams.
• Ability to travel regularly between Waconia, Elmore, and Sartell.
