Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water System (LPRW) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work with the General Manager and staff to direct and oversee the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and specialty functions of the rural water system.
Responsibilities- Operational planning
- Staff supervision and training
- Regulatory compliance
- Infrastructure and equipment oversight
- Project coordination
- Maintaining systems and technology that support safe, reliable, and efficient water service
- Effective communication with staff, customers, landowners, regulators, and the public
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in water utility operations, supervision, project coordination, and operational technology systems
