Job Overview
Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water System (LPRW) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work with the General Manager and staff to direct and oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and specialty functions of the rural water system.
Responsibilities- Operational planning
- Staff supervision and training
- Regulatory compliance
- Infrastructure and equipment oversight
- Project coordination
- Maintaining systems and technology that support safe, reliable, and efficient water service
- Strong communication skills with staff, customers, landowners, regulators, and the public
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in water utility operations, supervision, project coordination, and operational technology systems
