CEO Position at Sun Maskin & Service

Sun Maskin & Service is looking for a CEO who wants to combine business, sales, and leadership in a company with great growth potential. Here you will have the opportunity to build on a stable business with long-term customer relationships, high technical competence, and a clear ambition to grow from today's approximately 60 MSEK to 100 MSEK in turnover.

About the Role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's continued development, growth, and profitability. You lead the business with a clear business focus and actively work to develop both the organization and the offer to the market.

The role is broad and varied. One day you work on strategic choices and financial follow-up, the next day you meet customers, negotiate contracts, or support the organization in operational matters. Sales is a natural part of the assignment and you are responsible for some of the company's most important customer relationships.

You become an important culture carrier who creates commitment, builds accountability, and develops an organization where more can take greater responsibility as the company grows.

Examples of Duties

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Lead the company's continued growth and development towards set business goals.
  • Be responsible for budget, results, cash flow, and overall business management.
  • Drive and develop sales towards strategically important customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Build and develop cooperation with suppliers and partners.
  • Develop the organization, working methods, and processes for a more scalable business.
  • Coach and develop managers and employees through a present leadership.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, fairs, and other industry activities.

Industry knowledge is meritorious, but we value your leadership and business understanding more. If you have a genuine technical interest and a willingness to understand customers' operations, you will quickly get into the company's products and services.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

  • Have experience of result responsibility for a company or business unit of equivalent size.
  • Have worked as CEO, business unit manager, regional manager, site manager, or in a similar leading role.
  • Have documented experience of creating growth and improved profitability.
  • Have a strong business drive and experience of B2B sales of technical products or services.
  • Are used to combining strategic work with operational leadership.
  • Have experience of personnel responsibility, budget, and financial follow-up.
  • Have a good ability to build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.

Sun Maskin & Service is a leading supplier of workshop equipment and service to the automotive industry. Customers are located throughout Sweden and include, among others, brand workshops, car testing, heavy vehicle workshops, vocational schools, and government agencies.
