The Branch Manager must maintain and champion a culture that values people and customers and above all else empowers teams to build sustainable, profitable growth.
This position has full profit/loss accountability for the DeForest, WI branch. Key performance measures for this senior leadership position include sales of equipment, rentals, service & parts. Performance metrics including efficiency and productivity, customer satisfaction and absorption are key drivers and owned by the Branch Manager. Personal involvement with key accounts, leadership and development of employees and being a steward of company assets and image are critical to this role.
The position will provide a work environment that will optimize the profitable growth of the branch, the employees, and the satisfaction of our customers. The right individual will lead the branch development and deployment of a comprehensive sales strategy built on M ’s goals, values, and mission. This position will report to the CEO.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is required. Must have sales skills and knowledge, understanding of equipment technology, the ability to motivate and facilitate teamwork, attention for detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Proven managerial ability including leading, coaching, and development of team. Knowledge of financing and accounting is preferred.
