Position Summary & Responsibilities
Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, fostering continuous learning, and promoting a culture of belonging.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing contributions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while supporting the company’s mission, values, and ethical standards, and implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
- 2 years of college education.
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination responsibilities.

$65,000.00 – $, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include regional pay zone differentials and a complex structure differential as applicable.
