Location: Sauk Centre
McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant, ensuring Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will work with the General Manager to set goals and create plans to achieve them, lead a team of Department Managers, and coach staff to perform at their best.
Ideal candidates have prior Assistant or General Manager experience in quick service or hospitality, are 18 or older, and can hire and develop managers to build the restaurant’s future.
