Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking an Energy Operations Manager to lead our Energy Operations team across Central Minnesota. This leadership role oversees fuel delivery, propane delivery, propane service, safety, and operational performance while supporting employee development and exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do- Lead and support the Energy Operations team by providing leadership, coaching, and employee development.
- Oversee daily fuel delivery, propane delivery, propane service, and operational performance.
- Develop operational goals, improve processes, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor utilization, and operational resources.
- Partner with sales, customer service, fleet, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in energy, operations, agriculture, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of energy operations, DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and applicable industry regulations.
- Experience developing and managing budgets, operational goals, and team performance.
- Valid driver's license required. Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain these endorsements.
