Job Title
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
Reporting to the Director General of Services, you will be attached to the administrative service of the municipality. You will participate in the management of human resources and you are the reference for the head of the identity title collection system in connection with the reception agents. Human resources management
• Preparation and elaboration of the payroll of agents and elected officials
• Management of the careers of agents (team of 20 agents)
• Management of leave and work stoppages
• Follow-up of professional interviews in connection with service managers
• Collect data and carry out the social balance
• Participate in the training process
• Regulatory monitoring, contribution to various HR funds dossiers to assist the director of services
• Budget preparation of the HR service
Reference on DR in connection with the two reception agents
• Instruction and management of identity title requests (national identity cards and passports)
• Verification of files and control of the conformity of data
• Instruction and follow-up of complementary collections
• Physical and telephone reception of the public (identify requests, inform and guide the public)
• Identification of complex or doubtful requests
• Management of the delivery of secure titles
• Management of the online appointment scheduling software
• Keep informed of regulatory developments
• Reinforcement and temporary work within the population service
Experience in a similar position (knowledge of the payroll process and career progression) Knowledge of the FPT statute and the functioning of local authorities
Writing and relationship skills
Experience appreciated in human resources
Experience appreciated in diverse administrative management in local authorities
Mastery of office tools
Ability to manage several files with autonomy and reactivity
Software Berger Levrault Knowledge of RDV 360 software would be a plus
