What You’ll DoDrive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory levels, and cleanliness of the area. Assess economic trends and community needs. Oversee stocking and rotation of merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, and providing feedback. Tour stores, teach, and communicate across all levels of associates.
Provide guidance to implement business solutions and communicate objectives. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards. Manage and support customer service initiatives, including community outreach programs. Resolve customer issues and develop action plans. Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Control unexplained merchandise loss and improve profitability by setting performance goals and maintaining loss prevention policies.
Conduct operational and pre‑inventory reviews, analyze inventory reports, identify deficiencies, and enforce corrective actions. Investigate and resolve violations of company policies and criminal activities. Lead safety and risk controls, supervise safety teams, and identify accident trends. Manage claims and receiving operations, ensuring compliance with policies and timely processing of claims and deliveries. Coordinate with stakeholders to support business needs and track progress.

Minimum Qualifications- Completion of 2 years of college
- 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi‑department environment
- 1 year’s experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi‑department environment
- 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area
- Successful completion of any applicable state requirements for working in asset protection
- Current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility, if applicable
- Successful completion of criminal background check and/or firearms authorized training, if applicable
- Attending and completing all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership from Live Better U
- Certification in an asset protection related field (e.g., Loss Prevention Qualified, Loss Prevention Certified)
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
